Modification Project of Wet Mixer in Ash Depot of Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant Has Been Completed Formally

On April 17, good news came from Liulin County, Shanxi Province. The second phase of the wetting mixer transformation project of Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant, which was undertaken by our factory, was successfully completed. The installation technicians on site are waiting for acceptance.

As this project is the first cooperation between our plant and Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant, in order to show our sincerity of cooperation, after consultation, our plant agreed to divide the wet mixer transformation project into two phases and write the agreement in the form of formal provisions in the contract. After the signing of the contract, our factory first transformed a mixer in the first phase of the project and gave it to the other side for trial operation for a period of one month. If after trial operation, the effect can meet the field and professional requirements of Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant, the second phase project will be started to complete the corresponding transformation of the wet mixer of the remaining ash depots.

On March 10, our technicians completed the transformation of the first wet mixer. The next day, the site start-up test run, after observation and testing, the wet mixer was not damaged in the process of transformation, after start-up, the discharging was unobstructed and working well.From the pictures sent back on the spot, it can be seen clearly that the surface of the modified box and blade of the mixer in working state is smooth, instead of ash deposition or sticky ash as before, resulting in poor mechanical operation and even damage to some mechanical parts.

Before the one-month trial period expired, our factory received the news of Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant in advance, formally notified that the wet mixer transformed by our factory had been accepted and qualified, and urged us to send technical personnel to the power plant as soon as possible to start the follow-up transformation project.Hearing the good news, our factory acted quickly and dispatched several technical backbone to accompany the project leader to Liulin again on April 5.

In order to put the mixer into production as soon as possible, the technical staff of our factory would be assigned to work quickly after arriving at the site, inspect the situation of the mixer to be reformed, formulate the construction plan, and start the transformation immediately. After more than ten days of hard work, our factory technicians, with the cooperation of field staff, have successfully completed the transformation of several wet mixers and delivered them to use.

Recently, the project manager sent feedback that the modified wet mixer was discharging unobstructed, working well, and the modified box and blade of the mixer is smooth, clean and qualified for acceptance. In the following days, the two sides successively handed over the information involved in the project and subsequent payments.

Up to now, the modification project of the box and blade of the wet mixer in Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant has been officially declared completed.
