Therefore, the corrosion of steel tube roller has not been solved well.

 

 

Hongda has several solutions:

 

1. A roller, which can be used on the ground, can be used to wear rubber abrasion resistant roller, which can not only resist corrosion and rust, but also improve wear resistance by more than 10 times.

 

2. High molecular weight polyethylene roller with molded molding, or a super high molecular weight polyethylene non-adhesive comb roller.(emphasis: at present, the high molecular weight polyethylene roller extruded in the market has been modified and the molecular weight is very low; Or is ordinary plastic pipe, wear resistance very poor), the molecular weight 250 -- 4 million, not only wear ability is compared with the steel tube to lift 10 times, still do not wear or tear the tape, energy conservation reducing effect is more prominent. If used in underground coal mine, it must be equipped with flame retardant antistatic property. At present, the best ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene flame retardant antistatic modification has a molecular weight of 1.5 million.
